To our family in this time of great loss please know that we are praying for you as we all share in this tragic loss together. Our love ones will truly missed by us all. But try to look ahead and understand "that while we are trying to figure it out God has already worked it out" for he makes no mistakes. If we hold and and hold out he will surely bring us out, we must keep the faith. Just remember "the battle is not ours it's the Lord". We Love You Continously! Love always your family. To The Sharpe/Jackson Family:

I was deeply saddend to hear of this horrific tragedy. I had the priviledge of meeting Herbert when my son (Marc) & I first moved to Richmond, VA. We resided in the community of Dominion Laurel Village where Herbert was our maintenance man for 8 years. My son & little Herb went to High School together. I didn't have the pleasure of knowing Angel, but I know Herbert spoke very highly of his family. He loved them more than life itself. He was one of the nicest people I had the opportunity to meet. He never spoke an unkind word about anyone.

This is an such an unimaginable loss that I can't begin to fathom what the family is feeling.

Let the thought of those supporting you provide you comfort during this difficult time.

"God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble."

Psalm 45:1

I will continue to keep the family in my thoughts & prayers.

There is no greater loss than the loss of a loved one. Dealing with the loss of two is unimaginable. I was deeply saddened to hear of your loss, I will keep you and your family in my prayers, I have enclosed a poem that I hope would bring you and your family some measure of comfort. Rember Me: Fill not your heart with pain and sorrow, but remember me in every tomorrow. Remember the joy, the laughter, the smile, I've only gone to rest a little while. So dry your eyes and remember me, not as I am now,but as i used to be/ Because I will remember you all and look on with a smile. Understand in your hearts, I've only gone to rest a little while. As long as I have the love of each of you, I canlive in the hearts of all of you.

Papa, Words can not even began to describe the pain I am feeling right now. Kiki and I both will miss you more than you will ever imagine. You took me under your wing as your daughter from the first day I met you. From that day forward you have been a wonderful father to me and a excellent papa to kiki "lele". I know that your sweet spirit will continue to shine and bring joy to each and every day. I am deeply hurt that you had to go this way but I was taught never to question God's authority. We both love you. My promise to you is Grandma won't have to worry about a thing. I will take good care of her until she comes and join you. We love you so much!

Oh Dad...you can not know how much you meant you me and all of Angel's friends. Your crazy dancing, singing all the wrong lyrics to the latest hip hop tunes, love for the Redskins and love for you family, especially Mom....will simply be missed. You were just so funny...wearing Mom's diamond studded reading glasses trying to see... :-)

You always treated me, Chimene and Latifa like we were your daughters...you were so proud of EVERYTHING that we did. You raised a beautiful family and set a loving example of how a marriage should work. Your arms were always open to anyone who needed a friend. I know that you and Angel are together playing with my son and Herb and Shelly's twins. You will be missed by all who knew you. Thank you for everything.

To Mama Sharpe & family especially Mary. I was deeply saddened to hear about the passing of your loved one, Herbert. There is nothing I can say to express how I feel. But I can say Mr. Herbert was a very nice person and he will be greatly missed. In God's word it states: Look to the hills whence cometh your help because your help cometh from the Lord. I can say that God will take care each one of you. I will not tell you not to cry but I do know when you turn it over to the Lord He will ease your pain it might take days, weeks, months, and maybe years but keep holding on to God's hand he will ease the pain.

I love you all like my own family May God continue to be with you all.
