Horace L. Evans, Jr., 55, of Richmond, died October 26, 2024. He was preceded in death by his parents and nephew, Alexander Amir Oliver, Horace L. Sr. and Romaine G. Evans. Surviving are two sisters, Michelle Evans Oliver, and Cheryl A. Evans; niece, Lauren Oliver; nephew, Evan Oliver; two devoted friends, Rodney Munford and Charmaine Bell; devoted caregiver, Cholon Coleman Boyd; other relatives; and friends.
Remains rest at Scott's Funeral Home, 115 E. Brookland Park Blvd., where viewing be held Tuesday, November 5, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. There will be a private family graveside service.
