Dear Mrs. Fogg, Anne & Dickie, Mary & Ernest, and Family:
"Moe", Mr. Fogg, to me was a very special person as I am sure you all know. He was always willing to "give a hand" when one was needed, and his endless volunteer hours will be sorely missed by all. He was an inspiration to many and his legacy will live forever.
