Mrs. Jane Derricott Pollard, 73 of Hanover, Va., gained her wings on Wednesday, June 4, 2025.
The staff of Henry W. Dabney Funeral Home in Ashland is serving her family where she may be viewed Thursday, June 12th, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Jane's funeral will be held Friday, June 13th, 12 p.m., at Ebenezer Baptist Church, 14476 Scotchtown Rd., Beaverdam, Va. Interment, Roselawn Memory Gardens. www.hwdabney.com

I am so sorry to hear of Jane's passing. She was such a wonderful, caring person and so easy to be around. I always felt comforted after speaking with her. She was a nurse like my mother and had a sense about healing others. My love and thoughts go out especially to Lewis, my friend of so many years, and her children. May God bless.

I remember Jane as a sweet and loving person. I enjoyed laughing and talking with her at the family gathering at her nephew Marvin's house. She loved the Lord, her husband and family. I will continue to lift up the family in my prayers. God bless and keep you all. You have my sincere condolences.
