Judith Watson Obituary
April 29, 1962 - August 9, 2024
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the death of Judith "Judy" Skinner Watson on August 9th, at age 62 after a two-year battle with cancer. Judy is preceded in death by her father, Kenneth Douglas Skinner, Sr., and by her four grandparents. Judy is survived by her two loving children, Raymond Douglas Watson and Taylor Lenore Watson; as well as her mother, Jean Lenore Jorstad Skinner; her sister, Laura Jean Skinner Baker; her brother, Kenneth Douglas Skinner, Jr.; and her many nephews and friends. Judy is and will be remembered for her love and kindness, her generosity, and her never failing devotion to her children and family.
A Celebration of Life will take place at the Church of Our Savior, Montpelier, VA, on Saturday, August 24th, at 11 a.m., with a reception to follow. For anyone so inclined, in lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the American Cancer Society or to a charity of your choice.

I was very saddened to learn of Judy´s passing. Judy and I attended VA Tech together many, many years ago. I will always remember her as a kind, sweet and no nonsense girl. Prayers of peace and comfort for her family.
