Julia Noel Obituary

Julia (Judy) Mae Noel, 56, of Mechanicsville, went to be with the Lord on Friday, October 10, 2003. She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry Stuart and Olivia Bland Noel. She is survived by her loving family, two sisters, Jean Williams and Rose Liggan; one brother, Stuart Noel Jr.; two devoted brothers-in-law, Chuck Williams and Howard Liggan Jr.; one devoted sister-in-law, Cindi Noel; nieces and nephews, Traci Liggan Franklin, Tim Williams and his wife Gayle, Jeffrey Liggan, Tammy Williams, Crystal
