To Kyle's Family,
I was so saddened to learn of Kyle's death when I spoke with Travis on Sunday morning. I worked with Kyle in second grade at Greenfield and will always remember his beautiful expressive eyes and the way we joked about Rhode Island chickens. When talking to Travis Collins, Kyle seemed to have grown into a FINE young man. Please know my prayers are with the family and ask that God put His protective arms around all of you to give the comfort you need.

I am so very sorry to learn of Kyle's death this past Sunday. He was such a sweet young man and I will remember him fondly as the wide-eyed 7-year-old with a beautiful smile from Rhode Island. I had the pleasure of working with Kyle during his elementary school years at Greenfield. Please know that I will keep you all in my prayers as you cope with the tremendous loss of your son, brother, cousin and friend. May God support you and give you strength, courage and patience during this difficult time.

I only knew Kyle for about a year and a half. I went to high school with him. He was the most sincere, and kind guy I have ever met, he inspired me so much in the short time that I knew him. Im sure he is in a better place, and looking down on all of us.

To my cousins, Daniel and Jimmy, and Aunt Dee (and fam.)-
It sometimes seems our family is so big that its impossible to see and connect with everyone... but I remember when we were all little and used to have a blast together... and I am very thankful for Kyle coming to stay in Tiverton last summer, which gave us a chance to get to know him again, and of course he was still the same Kyle we remembered from years ago... a great guy with a great heart and sense of humor. My heart is breaking for you, and my thoughts and prayers are with you. Please try to remember that where Kyle is now there is no sadness or tears, and he would want his memory to be a happy one.

Oh where to begin...Dee, your kids have been a part of my family for many years. Kyle and I have spent many hours driving back and forth from Rhode Island to Virginia over the years and he always would make me laugh. It was a pleasure to watch Kyle grow and mature. I went to middle school and high school with Kyle and every time I said hello to him you couldn't help but smile. Kyle had a huge heart and I will never forget his smile and those great big eyes. There wasn't a time he didn't make me laugh. I think we dream so we don't have to be apart so long. If we're in each other's dreams, we can be together all the time. Kyle, you will always be in my heart.

We have known Kyle mainly through special family events, holidays and celebrations but what a positive impression he has made on our family.
