Linda Bryant Obituary

Linda Jeanne Bryant, of Louisa County, passed away at home on the fourth day of January, 2005. Beloved mother, wife, and daughter, she is survived by her son, Andrew Parelius; her husband, Peter Sugarman; and her mother, Helga Bryant. Linda has built houses, taken away pain with her skillful touch, enchanted friends - both young and old, and has rescued puppies in great big economy-sized lots. We are, all of us, blessed by knowing her. The world is smaller, and a paler place, without her. A memorial service will be held at the Sofia House 3 p.m. on January 15, 2005. The public is invited (1780 Yanceyville Road, Louisa, Va., 540-894-8401). In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made in Linda's name to one of two charities. For Tsunami Relief please contact Mercy Corps at 1 (888) 256-1900. For Puppy Rescue please contact "A Forever-Home Rescue Foundation." Donations can be made online via PayPal, or can be mailed to P.O. Box 222801, Chantilly, Va. 20153-2801.
