Caring for Mr. Spector and knowing both he and Karen was a joy to us in the chemo room. He was a very special friend as well as patient to us. We shared memories of his life and laughs and will miss seeing him.

Lou was a true gentleman and a kind soul. He was a lover of history and a voracious reader. Lou and Karen were a real team. We'll miss you my friend.
