Lucy Ciarochi Obituary

Lucy Goldsberry Ciarochi, 55, of Highland Springs, died Saturday, May 17, 2003. She is survived by her husband of 35 years, Albert (Al) M. Ciarochi Jr.; two sons, Albert M. Ciarochi III and wife, Diana, and Christopher J. Ciarochi and wife, Shannon; one brother, Harold A. Goldsberry III; two grandchildren, Joseph A. Ciarochi and Angela M. Ciarochi. Mrs. Ciarochi was a member of the St. John’s Council of Women and a graduate of Old Dominion University and Loyola University. Remains rest at the Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave., where the family will receive friends 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday. A Mass of the Resurrection will be conducted at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the St. John’s Catholic Church, where Mrs. Ciarochi was a member for 28 years. Interment Washington Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association or the Catholic Relief Services. Remains will lie in state one hour prior to service.
