Martha Howard Narron

December 30, 1939 - September 29, 2025

Martha Howard Narron transitioned from life to her heavenly home on 29 September. She was predeceased by her father, M.E. Howard and mother Ozella T. Howard; her brother, Adrian L. Howard; her sisters, Ann H. Mock and Jerry H. Kennedy and her brother-in-law, H. R. Mock.

She is survived by her husband of 64 years, Joffre Vincent Narron; her sister-in-law, Rose Marie Howard; her son, Jay Narron, Jr (Kathy); her daughter, Jill Narron, MD (Glenn); her son, John Narron (Nicole). Also surviving are her grandson, Jeremy Narron; granddaughter, Rachel Smith (Andrew); granddaughters, Saylor and Cabel Narron and great grandson, Ian Smith. Martha graduated from D S Freeman and Pan-American Business School. A talented musician she played in church from the age of 12.

She was a cheerful devout Christian. Martha was the epitome of a sweet southern lady and will be missed by all who knew her. There will be a Memorial Service on October 25 at River Road United Methodist at 4 p.m. with a reception to follow. In lieu of flowers you may make a gift to your favorite charity or to the Mission Fund at 8800 River Road, 8800 River Road 23229.
