Jessica Ann Narron, 50, of Virginia Beach, passed away peacefully on September 4, 2025. Born on July 28, 1975, in Ceiba, Puerto Rico, Jessica was the beloved daughter of Georganna McCafferty and the late Frederick Martin Brooks.
Jessica lived a life defined by compassion, strength, and love-especially for her family. She was a proud and devoted mother to her two sons, Hayden Narron and Brennen Narron, who were the center of her world. She treasured every moment spent with them and took great pride in the young men they are becoming.
Jessica graduated with honors from Old Dominion University in 1997, earning a bachelor's degree in psychology. Her deep empathy and dedication to helping others led her to a meaningful career in social work with the Virginia Beach Human Resources Department, where she made a lasting impact in the lives of countless individuals and families.
An avid reader, Jessica found joy in the pages of mystery novels and the gripping storytelling of Stephen King. She also had a passion for cooking and baking, often sharing her delicious creations with loved ones. Her kitchen was always filled with warmth, laughter, and the comforting aromas of home.
Jessica is survived by her sons, Hayden and Brennen Narron; her mother, Georganna Brooks; her sister, Amanda Brooks, and nephew Shane McAreavy; and her brother, John Brooks. She was preceded in death by her father, Frederick Brooks.
Jessica's legacy lives on through the love she poured into her family and the compassion she extended to others. She will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
There will be no service at this time. The family appreciates your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
