Donnie and Dee, a year has passed and we still don't have the words to express how we feel. We have truly missed Michael. We had a lot of fun with him and some serious times as well. What a wonderful young man you raised. Funny he used to stop by to say hello and visit now we stop to visit him. We will surely miss him in the days to come and think of him each day that passes. He was a part of our family as all of the children our kids brought our way and we loved them all. We will keep in touch.

Hey buddy! I thought that time would help the pain of losing you go away, but I was wrong. I still love you like the big brother you were to me. Although we weren't born into the same family we let each other in, with the understanding that our relationship was just as strong. I would love to write all the wonderful thoughts I have have when I think of you, but no matter how I write them, it wouldn't do you justice. You ment the world to me, and just know that I think about you all the time. Stay out of trouble up there until I get there! With all my love always to my best friend and "brother".

It's been a few months since you've been gone and it's not getting any easier. I miss your smile everyday at work. I always worried about you just like you were my little brother. It’s been a little over ten years since I’ve been in touch with Dan and the rest of the Clatterbuck family. But, I just found out about your loss and wanted to let you know that; Donnie, Dee, and Dan, you are all in my prayers.
I didn’t know Mike as a young man but as a kid, he was always full of life. He wanted nothing more than to be part of that race team with his Dad and Brother. I know that he finally got his chance as he got older.
Mike could not have been part of a better family. You are wonderful people and I hope that the strength and prayers of your friends and family are helping you get through this tough time.

I would like to thank each one of you for your kindness and surport through this sad time.The memoress we have of Michael will last forever.It's great to know Michael was so well thought of and Loved by so many friends and people who only met him a few times.
The surport and stories that you have given and told us about him has been great. I never knew he had so many nick names, he was a great kid and son.We will miss him greatly !!! I work near Bliley's on Hull St. On the morning of Thursday March 2, I noticed an unbelievable number of vehicles there. I don't think there was another parking space available. I thought to myself that whoever this service was for had to be a very special, well-loved and cherished person. After reading Mike's on-line guest book, I see that it is so true. This must be so difficult for you all. My heartfelt sympathy goes out to Mike's family and friends who love and cherish him so much. You see - Mike had a positive effect even on someone who didn't know him. May God bless and comfort all of you with His love. Truly God has a special angel with Him now. Please take comfort in knowing that Mike is with you in your hearts and you will see him again one day.

Oh, how I can remember meeting you for the first time at Southside Speedway. We always like to tease you because you were becoming interested in girls. But Stan, who has known you since you were little is absolutely devastated by all of this. We both miss you so much and will always remember the times we both were around you. I know in my heart that God had a special guy up there now and you are watching over all of us. To Donnie, Dee, Dan and the rest of the family members - God will be there for you. I know, I too, lost my brother last year suddenly and still miss him everyday. But we do go on. Michael, it's Saturday already. Almost a week since you have been lifted up through those grand doors of Heaven. I tell you, I am a bit jealous and I hope to be there with you one day. Hey I will bring you one of those Mountain Dews. I can see your contagious smile right now.
We will keep a close watch on your mom Dee and dad Donnie. Gosh, we miss you so much. I know that you saw all your wonderful friends and all your family as we laid you to rest so you already know how much you were loved and adored. A week ago today, I would never have believed that on this day I would be writing in this guest book for my nephew. Loosing Mike has been devastating to us all. We are broken-hearted but we are so rich in the legacy that he left in his very short life. Over the past few days we have seen and felt an outpouring of love not only to Mike but to our entire family. Mike brought so many people together during his life and even now. For that we are all very fortunate. There are no words to describe the pain of loosing Mike. He left us way too soon. No matter how short a life is, it is never enough - no matter how long a life is, it is never enough. We will never forget Mike's spirit of life and laughter. He left us with so many wonderful memories. We will always miss him and he will forever be in our hearts.

I'm not sure where to begin. What a great loss at such a young age. I've only known Mike a couple years, but during that time, we made many fun memories. Even when things were rough, he was still smiling. Somehow he always knew where we all were and would show up. He would brighten the room as soon as he walked in. We met at VA Folding Box (Westvaco), you were sitting in for my job as I was leaving to have brainstem surgery, and you knew a mutual friend, Ann Tinsley, who lived down the street from you off of Gardengate.
