Uncle Moses was a wonderful man, who had a great sense of humor, a big heart and a wonderful smile. I (Saranette) will miss his testimony about "How good the Lord has been" and his songs. I thank God for the memories of having a family structure where the elders of the family taught us all how to "Trust in the Lord!!"

To the immediate family: You are in our prayers. We pray that God grants each of you peace!

I will never forget the multiple times--as a child--when Uncle Mo, as a garbage collector, would come to my mother's house. My sister's and I would here the big truck coming through the alley, and run down the stairs and out the backdoor, racing to meet him at our gate. It was as if he was the man on the ice cream truck that came through the neighborhood or the morning after Santa Claus had come to our house!

We were always happy to see him because he was larger than life, always smiling and very happy to see us as well. He would impart some wisdom to use about being great girls and ALWAYS left us with some shiny coins to spend!

To the family: Uncle Mo left us with great memories. He serves as a fine example that a successful life involves impacting others! He has forever impacted me!

To the Lynch's family:

Uncle Moses loved all of us and we hated to see him go however; he paid the cost of his home therefore, he had the right to move in. For he knew if his eartly house were dissolved he had another building of God not made with hands, enternal in the heavens. God has given us the strength to continue in his love. "Daddy" Lynch will truly be missed. I will miss seeing him on the front pew playing his guitar. Singing his song "I'm trusting in you Lord" I will miss him telling us "I have been your age, you haven't been mine. I have learned much from him. Daddy Lynch I will miss you, however I will see you on the other side.

To my family, I continue to lift you up prayer as we prepare to celebrate "Daddy's" legacy of life. He truly was our patriarch a holy man, full of love and always offering words of wisdom. I shall forever cherish the time shared during the 18 months we lived with him and the knowledge and love he always gave us. I know that precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of his saints. Our soldier has laid down his sword and shield and taken rest in the bosom of our heavenly father. Mortal man can't get there, but our spirit man looks to meet Daddy up in glory!

To the Lynch,- Hughes family we extend our deepest sympathy. I loved Deacon Moses Lynch like my father. We all have known the family for so many years. It is always so hard to let go of a very much love one. But GOD knew what was best. Deacon Moses is just playing that Guitar and praising the LORD with that one hand on his hip. GOD is good all the time so let us rejoice in the love Deacon Moses showed everyone. We will miss him and his smiling face. The Cooke, Wynn, and Wade family. GOD promises to wipe away every tear.

To the Lynch Family,

God gave to me, my Uncle Mos. He was more than that, he was a instrumental figure in the early years of the Enchanted Forest Day Care Center. He brought laughter to both my heart and my lips. He was so funny. He was a giant in my life. The patriach slipped away from us, certainly I will miss him. But God lengthened his days just as He promised in His word, "Honor thy mother and thy father: that their days may be long upon the land which the Lord thy God giveth thee." Stay strong, family for God is awesome and He doesn't make errors, Uncle Mos is resting comfortable with our Savior.
