Paul Moore Obituary

MOORE Paul Christopher Moore, 30, of Richmond, passed away Friday, May 11, 2007. He is survived by his wife, Amie Moore; three children, Elson, Ethan, and Erin; a stepson, Ian; his mother, Nancy Maxey; one brother, John Moore; his father and stepmother, Paul and Priscilla Moore; his grandmother, Lois Sprouse; and two stepsisters, Barbara Smith and Becky Reese. Paul was preceded in death by his sister, Joy Maxey. The family will receive friends from 2 to 3 p.m. Thursday, May 17, at Hardy Central Baptist Church, followed by a service. Interment church cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.

AMIE AND ALL OF PAULS FAMILY,
I HAVE KNOW YOU GUYS FOR SO MANY YEARS AND HAVE MADE YOU MY OWN FAMILY. WE HAVE LOST TOUCH THIS LAST 2 YEARS AND I HEARD FROM MY MOM TODAY THAT PAUL HAD PASSED AWAY 2 MONTHS AGO AND I FEEL TERRIBLE THAT I WAS NOT THERE FOR YOU AMIE. I DON'T HAVE THE WORDS TO EXPRESS HOW SORRY I AM THAT YOU LOST PAUL AND THE KIDS HAVE LOST THEIR FATHER. JUST KNOW THAT I LOVE YOU GUYS AND IF YOU ALL NEED ANYTHING I AM JUST A CALL AWAY.

PAUL,
WE HAVE BASICALLY GROWN UP TOGETHER TEACHING EACHOTHER SO MANY ASPECTS OF LIFE. YOU MARRIED MY BEST FRIEND AND HAD BEAUTIFUL CHILDREN WITH HER AND I LOVE YOU DEEPLY FOR TAKING CARE OF HER I WILL MISS THE GOOD TIMES WE HAVE ALLL SHARED TOGETHER.(LATE NIGHT TRIPS TO 7/11 TO GET CHILLI DOGS!) I KNOW THAT ONE DAY WE WILL MEET AGAIN AND HAVE MANY MORE LAUGHS AND GOOD TIMES. YOU KEEP WATCH OVER ALL OF US DOWN HERE BECAUSE YOU ARE NOW OUR GAURDIAN ANGEL. I WILL MISS YOU SOOO MUCH.

I've known Paul & John for over 10 years and although I have not seen Paul in quite some time, I was deeply saddened to hear of his passing. I hope that his family can find comfort in knowing that he is in a better place. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. God Bless.
