We met Phil after he became ill
and we knew imediately what a
wonderful person he was, our only
regret is that we didn't get to
know him sooner. Our love and
sympathy to you "Dot" and the
family.

Phil was a wonderful person. I enjoy his humor and he brighten up everyone's day. I had the honor of being his barber for quite a few years. Even tho we lost touch a few years back...he was missed. I am so sorry to see his passing.

I was so blessed to have known him.

It was my pleasure to meet Phil last fall when Dottie, Phil, and myself spent a day at their river home in Deltaville; I have been a friend of the O'Neill family for many years and my heartfelt sympathy goes to each of you during this difficult time.
