Veronica A. Loney

Veronica A. Loney departed this life June 17, 2025. She was preceded in death by her mother, Mary G. Loney; three brothers, Thomas, Sylvester, and Andrew Loney; and two sisters, Narcissus Loney Hansom and Paulette Loney. She is survived by two sisters, Lillie Loney Carter and Mary Loney Robinson; two brothers, Edward L. Loney (Esther) and Norman R. Loney Sr. (Maria); sister-in-law, Cheryl Loney; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Remains rest at Walter J. Manning Funeral Home, 700 N. 25th St., where viewing will take place Sunday, June 29, 2025, from 12 to 6 p.m. Funeral services will be held at New Bethel Christian Fellowship International, 4634 N. Southside Plaza St., on Monday, June 30, 2025, at 11 a.m. Interment Maury Cemetery.
