Carolyn and Jimmy, I was so sorry to read the passing of your mother. She was a fine person and living across the street we had good times. Mildred Sheffield Epps.

To my wonderful and beautiful GREAT Granny! - I love you, and will miss you dearly. I will always remember playing with all your snow globes whenever we visited. My heart is sadden you never got to meet your GREAT GREAT Grandson, but he will certainly know what a wonderful grandmother you were. I always seem to think of my wedding day and the picture I have of you giving a kiss on the cheek; it is one of my favorite pictures ever!

What a wonderful picture - that is what comes to mind when I think of Ms. Dixon. As kids we ran around her house - I always thought it was so cool the room downstairs. I remember playing in the big yard at the house. It just doesn't seem right that she has left us here, however she is HEALED. She is reunited with those that have gone before her. I bet her hair is done up and she is dressed just right - that is how I always remember her on earth.May God comfort you as you are dealing with her passing - may it comfort you to know she is in a better place, and is no longer suffering or hurting.

Carolyn, Bill and Family,
There are no words to describe my sadness and heavy heart for you and the family at your mom's passing. She was a beacon of light and love to all who knew her. The picture you have selected is perfect because it shows her endearing smile. She was loved and respected by so many. I will cherrish my memories of her in my heart for as long as I live. I am thankful to have known her for all of my life and thankful to have had you as my extended family. Please know my thoughts and prayers are with you.
Love, Janie
