Hi Ren,

It has been over a year now since you left us to go home to Jesus. "I Can Only Imagine" all the sights and sounds that you have experienced! I know that you and Daddy are having a wonderful reunion in eternity and I look forward to the day that we will all be there together. You are still greatly missed as you will always be. Going into the senior years isn't going to be nearly as much fun without my big brother there to make me laugh through it. Of course, none of us knows how many more days, years, or even moments we have here....Your leaving so early has shown me that in a big way, so I'll just try to live each moment to the fullest until my call home. I know you'll be standing there at the gate with the whole Morris clan ready to welcome me in....Love you, Sis

My wife and I met Ren and Donna about 1 1/2 years ago. In such a short period of time they have made a huge impact on us as individuals and set a great example as husband and wife. Ren was a man who truly led by example and thus impacted many lives. We are grateful because we are two of those lives that he affected. As a result of Ren and Donna, Angel and I have a better marriage. Thanks to Ren, I'm a better person and a better husband.

Thank you,

Donna, Billy, and Stephanie,

I can still hardly believe that Ren is not here. It seems like yesterday we were eating lunch at the Ball Park. Grayson and Nate still remember him there and that "Uncle Ren" bought them the Texas Rangers bat and ball set. They still play with it almost daily. I remember the times in the car when Ren had us laughing so much that I was crying, and that walk. Most of all, I remember that he was adored by Martin. I know that Ren was not only one of Martin's best friends but his hero too. For some reason, he has gone before us to an awesome place. Now, we know more than ever that we have a calling to fullfill. Kenneth Copeland said that this is the year of fullness. I believe that now more than ever. We will do whatever it takes to help Donna complete the mission that she and Ren have started. Donna, you are in our constant thoughts and prayers. We love you.

Take heart Donna, Billy and Stephanie.

Nothing man creates is as resilient as the human soul. Because Ren helped to strengthen souls everwhere, his memory will be edified, your yearnings will be satisfied , hosanna will be glorified and satan will be terrified!

You have the uplifting, effective fervent prayers of the Elliott family. Thank you for your encouragement.

Donna and Morris Family

I read this earlier today in a John Maxwell book called "Be a people person" and I think it does a great job describing what Ren has done for my life and over a million of others.

"When special people touch our lives then suddenly we see how beautiful and wonderful our world can really be. They show us that our special hopes and dreams can take us far by helping us look inward and believe in who we are. They bless us with their love and joy through everything they give. When special people touch our lives they teach us how to live."

I think that is a great way to describe Ren. He truly was a special person and he had so much love to give.

Until we are able to see him again, we will continue to carry out his vision. God Bless you Donna and the entire Morris family for sharing such a awesome and selfless man with the rest of the world. I can honestly say my life has completely changed because Ren stood strong as a man and followed his dreams. The future of this team has never been brighter and Donna, we cannot wait to see your hands raised at FED! It's a done deal!

Warren's choice to become a "servant leader," has made an impact in my life, and will in turn show the light for memebers of my family, and other families. I pray the family he left behind will always have grace enouch to overcome, faith enouch to perceiver, and love enough to share. God bless.

Donna, Larry Sutker called me with the news of Ren's passing last Tuesday & Tom fogg emailed me on Wednesday. As many people in the guest book have said, I was shocked, at first, literally in disbelief at what Larry had just said to me, & then saddened once the reality set in.

You were blessed to have a Godly man as a husband, a man's man, whom we loved & respected, as well as a Road Warrior who fought to establish his family's security & impact many lives in a positive way. He was always supportive of our folks during good times & bad. We will miss him.

God Bless you & keep you in this time of mourning his loss & celebration in knowing with Whom he spends time with now.

Love,

Donna, I truely don't know what to say, as I'm still in disbelief over Ren's death. I am so glad to have been blessed with his friendship, his impact on my life is indeed eternal. My way of thinking, my continually growing relationship with the Lord, and my life today as a whole, is largely in part to the seeds Ren sowed into my spirit. I do indeed miss him. May God keep you in his perfect peace.

Donna,

We only had the privilege of meeting your husband twice, but in the short time we knew him, we saw that he was a man of vision, integrity, and service to others. We knew we were in the presence of greatness. Thank you for the friendship you and Ren have extended our daughter and son-in-law, Christie and Chris. Ren was an inspiration to all who knew him.

The LORD bless thee, and keep thee:

The LORD make his face shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee:

The LORD lift up his countenance upon thee, and give thee peace.

To Ren's family:

I was shocked and saddened to learn of Ren's passing. Though I wasn't fortunate enough to have had a personal relationship with him, his teachings and example have meant a great deal to me.

I am always moved by the words of Lincoln in his letter to a mother who lost her sons:

"But I cannot refrain from tendering to you the consolation that may be found in the thanks of the Republic they died to save. I pray that our heavenly Father may assuage the anguish of your bereavement, and leave you only the cherished memory of the loved and lost, and the solemn pride that must be yours to have laid so costly a sacrifice upon the altar of freedom"

Ren's life and example have literally affected millions of people around the world, and he and Donna's work has led to millions of people, especially in countries like India, to have renewed hope in themselves, their futures, and the cause of freedom. I cannot imagine a life more worthy of Lincoln's words than Ren, as he gave so much to help others that he often did not know. He was a real soldier for the cause of freedom.

The verse that seems to best describes Ren's life and service is 2Timothy 4: 6-7:

"I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith"

How one man's life can effect so many people is a great testament to how God used Ren for His glory, and I'm sure that right now in heaven Ren is hearing those cherished words:

"Well done, good and faithful servant!" Well done indeed.

Donna (Jo) -

Well, I guess I'm the first of the Girls to enter my thoughts here.

Since we met in 76, we have overcome 28 yrs of prejudice, poverty, spiritual depravity and disco. Donna Jo, no matter how much our bodies, hair, phones or zip codes change, the Girls will forever remain friends.

But today as I write this the sun is blinding me through my windows reminding me of a new day. I read here words of great admiration for the man you loved and served here on earth, who has left to serve our Father directly in heaven.

Apparently God's getting ready to do something big cuz he called in Ren for some assistance. As long as Ren's up there using his gifts of encouragement and motivation, I doubt there will be another fallen angel again.

I'm sure he's meeting with Michael and Gabriel daily and giving them strategies on how to divide and conquer Satan's strategies!!

I can see the angels whispering now, "Who's the new guy?"

Jesus' answer: "He's MY Diamond now."

I love you so very much and my heart is so broken for you.

I love you, Ang.

Ren,

A friend, a mentor, a guide, a leader, a husband, a dad, and a blessing to all who got to know him. He was blessed with a mate, Donna, a true help-meet who completed him and is strong and inspirational in her own right. He was warm, and caring, and welcomed all to share in his life’s blessings. He believed in the greatness within each individual and had a way of drawing it out through encouragement and positive reinforcement. He will live in the hearts of those he instilled belief in and there were many. He was a significant and extraordinary individual, loved by more than he knew I’m sure. To say he would be missed would be a gross understatement. He was honest and transparent sharing his shortcomings to encourage others to overcome as he had. An over comer who brought people together for their benefit, helping them to overcome and become who they really are within. I speak from personal experience because we shared some of the same struggles and weaknesses and he made me want to continue to overcome and become a better person. I am a better person because of his influence. In thinking of Ren, I remember the story of Rich DeVos speaking in Canada and the French speaking man who greeted him after his talk in French. When interpreted, his words were “The peoples will be better because you came.” The people are better because of Ren Morris.

Thank you Ren, I pray God’s Blessings for you............................

Dear Donna, Billy & Stephanie,

Words cannot express our feelings of sadness. We offer you our deepest sympathy at this time of loss.

From the moment you and Ren walked off the plane in New Orleans we immediately felt warmth and friendship. In just one short weekend, Ren impacted so many people on the Youngblood team. He especially touched our lives with his passion and conviction, he knew his purpose. He loved life, his wife , his family but especially His Lord Jesus.

We are blessed to have wonderful memories from the seminar. But, we were personally blessed to have hosted you, touring the city eating Thunder Cheese! Eating a muffeletta or beignet's will never be the same.

Beautiful memories, your faith in the Lord, your family and the multitudes of friends will carry you through this bump in the highway of life. Donna, we look forward to seeing you soon, but we especially look forward to spending eternity with great people like Ren.

Donna, I just want to let you know that you are in the thoughts and prayers of everyone that knew you and Ren. My heart goes out to you and the children and the rest of your families. He has a huge family you know, all the people that he and you together have impacted over the years. He will forever be in our memories as a man of his word and strong beliefs. He believed in his family, his business and most of all, we know he believed in God. I am sure that he is in a much better place than we are, but that is all the more reason for us to strive to be with him someday. God bless you and keep you in His care in the days ahead. I know you will gather comfort from all your family and friends, and I know you will gather your strenght from our Lord. He will give you true comfort like none of us can, just know we all are here for you now and in the days ahead. Psalms 46.

Donna,

Words can never express adequately what we feel. You and Ren were such an inspiration to our family and team. Ren gave of himself weekly to each of us with passion, knowing it might never reward him personally, but also knowing that his job was to plant seeds and let God do the growing. Now, Ren can sit with Jesus in heaven and see all his work coming to fruition. His labor was not in vain and we will not let it be in vain either.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you and the family daily. We wrap each one of you in the peace that only God can give.

Donna, you are a woman of strength and my hero.

Ren's life meant so much to my family, especially Crystal and myself. No person personified peace, joy, prosperity, and godly principle like Ren Morris. He made living a godly, principled life attractive. His example alone was enough to create a desire in my heart to be who I knew I should be for God, my wife, and our son.

I doubt Ren would even know our names if he heard them, but his life has touched ours as if we were his closest friends. Thankfully, we mourn not like the world mourns, but rejoice in what is to come. Ren's spirit is still with me, and all of us. We will be reunited again.

Donna,

Our hearts, tears, and deepest sympathy go out to you in our prayers.

Ren was a man of true vision. No man has impacted us as much as Ren has, except for our saviour Jesus. I fills me with joy that Ren has recently heard Jesus say, "Well done, good and faithful servant!..."

Matthew 25:23

Ren lives on not only in heaven, but here on earth. He lives in the example that he set. He lives in how he has changed us all for the better. Ren was a believer in many ways. Most, importantly, he believed in Jesus, the true and living God. He believed in himself and his dreams; a trait that is rare in our society. Even more rare however, is how he believed in us and our dreams. I am forever greatful that I had the priviledge of seeing Ren look into our eyes and here him say, "I believe in you." He helped us find our own dreams. I shudder to think of the downward spiral that we would have taken if we had not met Ren.

"The King will reply, 'I tell you the truth, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me.'

Matthew 25:40

Thank you Ren, thank you

Throughout my life, there are only a handful of individuals that I know that have truly impacted mine and my family’s lives. Ren Morris is one of those individuals.

Ren was always positive and had an amazing ability to give someone the gift of feeling better about themselves simply because they were able to spend time with him. Ren cherished the gift of life and as he stated on multiple occasions, made life an adventure and something he and Donna could have fun with as they traveled life’s road together helping and mentoring others.

Donna-thank you for your constant love and devotion to Ren. By loving, supporting and empowering him to do what you were called to do together, you have made and will continue to make a difference.

I will certainly miss Ren, but I am thankful that God allowed me the opportunity to know and love him. Because of Ren and those he has mentored, I have a Purpose, a Passion, and a Vision for my life; for that I am eternally grateful.

Mere words cannot express the shock and sorry at learning of Ren's passing. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Ren was more than a business leader. He was a true man of God whose faith and love of life and his family was a beacon shinning brightly for all to see.

We can celebrate in the knowlege that Ren is now sitting at Jesus' feet, talking and learning from THE MASTER. Now doubt the angels in heaven are rejoicing and rolling on the streets of gold as Ren shares his humor and expressions, as only he can.

Our hearts hurt for you, your family and all of us who will no longer able to laugh and talk with Ren here on earth. But we rejoice in the knowledge that we will see Ren once again when we join him in Heaven.

We consider our lives to have been blessed by God granting us the opportunity to know and be able to consider Ren our friend.

God bless you. May you feel the comfort of His arms around you. As He has promised, "I will never leave you or forsake you." He is there to meet all of your needs during this time of such pain and sorrow.

To say we knew Ren Morris is one of the greatest honors we could have in this lifetime. His life was truly one that changed millions, but to be one of the few who on a weekly basis was able to see him touch so many people is truly a gift. Ren was a man who had no equal in his love, his compassion, and in his patience with people. The world has suffered a great loss, but Heaven has gained a great gift. We regret that we did not do more to earn the time of such a great LEADER and MENTOR. We are however overjoyed that we will see him again in Heaven. Everyone enjoyed hearing him play the drums and looked up to him as he led the band. He was a great friend whom we all will miss deeply! Take care and cherish your wonderful memories. Ren will always be remembered and loved - and all of you will be in our thoughts and prayers.

Ren,

We will miss you so much. You'll never really know how much you influenced my life. I am so much more than I used to be. As a husband, a father, a friend, and a business owner. I want you to know that your leadership and example enabled me to find my purpose and plan in life. Thank you for your faith in our Lord Jesus Christ. Your convictions and beliefs encouraged me to explore and expand my convictions and beliefs. Because of your lead, my wife and children can find comfort in knowing where they'll spend eternity. As if that weren't enough, you provided me with insight on how to live a victorious life here and now... regardless of the situations and circumstances. Find comfort in knowing that your family will be well cared for. You took care of the finacial responsibilty by staying true to what you knew was right. We will finish your vision. It is done. We love you brother!

Donna, our prayers are with you now and always, as are we if you need anything. Thank you for being a woman of strength and for always teaching me wherein that strength lies.

Family members, you may never know the multitude of lives that Ren affected in his time here and the lives he will continue to touch. You are lifted in our prayers at this difficult time.

As we continue to walk through our journey in Life, one can only marvel at the beauty that God has given us. The visuals, the feelings, the interactions. Ren with his positive energy and joy is a true definition of what God had in mind when he created humanity. We will miss his physical presence, but like everyone who knew him his spirit will carry on and we will smile because we were fortunate enough to know him.

We will dearly miss our friend. We are praying earnestly that Donna, Billy, Stephanie and the entire family will receive the peace that passes understanding. Ren set an incredible example for thousands upon thousands of families. The scope of his influence will never be truly known in this lifetime. We are so privileged to have enjoyed his friendship and mentorship. Ren was truly a servant leader and a builder of people. Donna and family, we love you.

It's hard to put into words Ren, the word that I would use to best describe him is 'magic.' It was in the way that he made you feel, from a smile, from a look, through a word of encoragement. He made you feel like all was right with the world, he made you want to go a accomplish your hearts desire. There are no words to convey such a loss, and such a life. Ren lived an amazing life and produced so much fruit that his legacy will long live on and impact many other lives. It success is defined by the lives that were better because of you, then Ren lived a phenomenally successful life.

God bless you Donna, our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family...

When I try to put in a few words what Ren meant to me personally it cannot be contained by just a few words. He was a Godly example to me in so many areas of life. Ren was a man of character, a mentor, a leader, a builder of leaders, a visionary, an inspiration, hillarious, a friend, all heart, fun loving, encourager, builder of people, a man's man, a rock...

I will miss Ren dearly, his memory will always bring a smile, and will always be grateful for the vision that he helped plant and crystalize in me.

Greetings Morris family,

Your strength is in the Lord, find peace and rest in his loving arms. Prov: 3:5-6 says; Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not to your own understanding but in all thy ways acknowledge him and he will direct your path.

We know not the time nor the hour in which he will return but know this Ps. 4:3-5, but know that the Lord has set apart the godly man for himself and the Lord hears when I call to him...meditate in your heart... offer the sacrifices of righteousness, and trust in the Lord.

Donna, you know God is a faithful and just, his word also says he will never leave you nor forsake you, rest in him now.

Ren was and will always be a great man among many with a servants heart. He will be truly missed.

We love you Donna and family.

God bless you all and keep you near to thee.
