Wendy Rene Cooley

COOLEY, Wendy Rene, of Chesterfield, Virginia, passed away on Friday, April 15, 2022. She was predeceased in death by her husband, James Steven Cooley. She is survived by her children, Isabelle Rene Cooley and James Russell Cooley; stepmother of James Steven (Lisa) Cooley Jr. and Lindsay Michelle (Wade) Grammer; stepgrandchildren, Lena Grammer and Connor Grammer. Survivors include her parents, Harry and Jeanette Hitechew; sister, Kimberly Lynn (Russ) Stone. She is also survived by a host of extended family; special aunt and uncle, Rebecca and Donald Martin; favorite cousin, Neely Martin Crum; and special friend, Gayle Breeden Gray. A Celebration of Life ceremony will be held at Woody Funeral Home - Huguenot Chapel on Saturday, April 30 from 2 until 4 p.m. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the charities listed on Woody Funeral Home's website.
