Dear Family, my thoughts and prayers are with you. I knew Bill for several years up to his retirement from C&P/Bell Atlantic. It was the last couple of years that he became my trainer, mentor when I moved into Central Office Engineering. Bill was a wealth of knowledge and eagerly shared it with all, adding in some of his dry humor along the way. He provided me with a solid foundation to continue in several positions throughout my remaining Verizon career. I thank him. He was a unique, special guy. Peace and comfort to each of you.
