Page,

I loved you with all my heart and soul for 34 years and when you called me on march 29th and confirmed you also loved me it was like you were saying goodbye. Oh I will miss you Page ... I guess you did take care of all your old business, I will love you still in spirit our love was so pure and good. Friends forever and ever .... Like you told me the last time I spoke with you you liked to go to your brothers house on sundays and play with your little nephews and watch the race and you had your sofa over there .... My heart breaks .. I cry ... but at last my beautiful man ,you have found peace and I know we were the one together and forever ,,, too bad even though we never were with each other ...our hearts knew... you touched my soul I LOve you still......... I will grieve....I will go on but at least I know you did love me thank you for that...........

I guess we wont be having that biskit baking contest now and I will miss your salsa and your apple sauce...........all my love .

Our thoughts and prayers are with the family of Page Moran. We grew up in Hanover County with the Moran boys Page, Bobby, Edwin and Chipper and as children had many happy times sledding on the hill near their house. Our deepest sympathy.

Page had many things to be remembered by, one thing dear is he always made me smile.

And if he left nothing else behind as I am sure he did he left his thought with me.

I just can't imagine a convention without him!

I will miss him dearly.

What a loss to our trapping family.

My thoughts and prayers are with him and will be for many days and years to come.

I will think of him and always smile as he left that with me.

God rest his soul!

I knew Page from the trapping conventions, and last ate breakfast with him and several others the Sunday morning, that the NTA was over, in Illinois, last August. He was upbeat, cheerful, the way I always saw him. He was friendly, and always had a smile. We'll miss him at conventions.

Page was an avid turkey hunter and often visited my cabin near Galax, Virginia for "Spring Gobbler" Season hunts. His love of old time music festivals was legendary. A mountain man for sure.. even though he lived in the tidewater area. My sympathies to all three of his brothers and their families. He is at rest...at last.

Page will be deeply missed. Certainly, NTA Conventions will never be the same without him as the people's lives he touched will never be the same.
