William Stagg Obituary

STAGG William E. "Bill" Stagg, 79, of Richmond, peacefully passed away surrounded by his family on May 25, 2007. He is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Betty Stagg; five children, Wanda Gray and her husband, Ben, David Stagg and his wife, Cindy, Crystal Anderson and her husband, Iner, Scott Stagg and his wife, Belinda, Susan Hubbard and her husband, Tony; 13 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends 1 to 3 p.m. Sunday at Bliley's-Chippenham, 6900 Hull St. Rd., where a funeral ceremony will be held at 3 p.m.
