I have many fond memories of Winn.

I worked with her for many years at the Virginia Department of Education

and always found her to be fair and supportive. Personally, she was always warm and friendly. I retired from the D.O.E. not too long after Winn did, and I don't be-

lieve that I have heard from her since then. I am so sorry to learn of her passing. I will not forget her.
