Winifred Proctor Obituary

Winifred Hall Proctor, 89, of Kilmarnock died June 10, 2003. She was a 1934 graduate of William and Mary College, a former teacher, and brokerage firm employee. For over 40 years she and her husband owned and operated Proctor Realty and Insurance Company, Richmond. Surviving are her husband of 65 years, William Smith Proctor; son and daughter-in-law, Stephen Dulany and Jean Proctor, Kilmarnock; granddaughters and husbands, Shannon and Brad Lipsteuer, Shaune and Aaron Colliver; great-grandchildren, Bradley and Ella Lipsteuer; brother, Richard Henry Dulany Hall, Bluff Point; sister, Elinor Haynie, Reedville. Funeral services 10 a.m. Saturday at Historic Christ Church, Irvington. Interment in the church cemetery. Friends may call 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the Currie Funeral Home, Kilmarnock. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Walter Reed Hospice Center or Bluff Point United Methodist Church, Kilmarnock or Reville United Methodist Church, Richmond.
