Doris Reczek Monteleone

Doris Monteleone of Plymouth Meeting Doris Reczek Monteleone passed away peacefully on May 18th in Pittsburgh, PA. She was the loving wife of the former Samuel S. Monteleone who she shared 67 years of marriage. Her husband Sam passed away this March 18th. Born in Phoenixville, PA to Edward and Caroline Reczek, she lived in Plymouth Meeting after her marriage. She attended schools at Holy Trinity and the Phoenixville School District. She was a former member of the choir at Holy Trinity Church in Phoenixville. She was a loving wife, homemaker, devoted mother and amazing grandmother. Doris was a member of the Holy Saviour Parish in Norristown. She is survived by her sons Sam of Plymouth Meeting and Robert (Maureen) of Schwenksville. She is also survived by her beloved granddaughters Taryn, Alexa and Tori. Doris was the sister to deceased Edward Reczek of Phoenixville, Adelle Macncini of Phoenixville and Marie Tanner of New York. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, brother-in-laws and sister-in-laws. Doris will be in our hearts forever for the wonderful person she was and her kindness to all. Family and friends are invited to attend a viewing for Doris on Friday, May 23, 2014, from 9 - 9:45 a.m. at Holy Saviour Church, 407 E Main St., Ntn., PA. Her Funeral Mass will follow at 10 a.m. Burial will take place in the St. Patrick's Cemetery, 2400 DeKalb Pike, E. Norriton, PA.
