Felix A. Raimondo Jr.

1944 - 2022

Felix A. Raimondo, Jr., 77, of Jeffersonville, died on January 6, 2022 at Jefferson Methodist Hospital after a short illness. He was the beloved husband of Susan (Carroll) Raimondo. He was born in Norristown, PA on May 1, 1944 to the late Felix A. Sr. and Mary (DiSanto) Raimondo. Felix was a graduate of St. Matthew’s High School class of 1962, and attended Temple University. He served our country in the US Navy during the Vietnam Conflict from 1964-1966, proudly serving on the USS Essex. Felix worked for Wonder Bread and retired from SCT Software as a Building Engineer. His greatest joy was being a Pop Pop and the patriarch of a large extended family. In addition to his wife Susan, he is survived by his four loving children, sons Felix A. III and Dorothy (Toner), of Conshohocken, David R. and Carolyn (Heck) of Conshohocken, daughters Christine Powel and Jason of Plymouth Meeting, and Denise Font and Fernando of Coral Gables, FL. His ten beloved grandchildren: Bridget, Molly, Felix, and Meghan Raimondo; Anna Grace and Roman Powel; Lucia, Carolina,Veronica and Leonardo Font. Sister-in-laws Mary Ann Raimondo of Royersford and Noel (Carroll) Lawless of Conshohocken; as well as many beloved nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brothers John P. and Robert Raimondo. Relatives and friends are invited to his Funeral Mass on Friday, January 14, 2022 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Matthew Church, 219 Fayette St., Conshohocken, PA. Viewings will be Thursday from 6:00-8:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:00-10:00 a.m. at the Emil J. Ciavarelli Family Funeral Homes and Crematory, 516 Fayette St., Conshohocken, PA.
