John Bozan Obituary
Born in Scranton, Pa., he was the son of the late John and the late Florence Butkiewicz Bozan.
He was educated in the Scranton Public Schools and graduated in 1964. He served in the US Navy and completed 23 years of military service.
He was employed at Norristown State Hospital prior to retirement in 2003.
He was a life long member of Saint Stanislaus Polish National Catholic Church, and a member of Charity Masonic Lodge # 190, Norristown, for over 40 years.
Surviving are cousins and two especially close friends, Maxine Yorks and Mary Mitizeia of Norristown.
John's favorite expression to any one showing courtesy was "Thank you for your kindness"
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Saint Stanislaus Polish National Catholic Cathedral 529 E. Locust Street, Scranton, on Tuesday at 10 a.m.
Interment to follow in Parish cemetery.
Donations in John's memory can be made to Saint Stanislaus Polish National Cathedral. 529 East Locust Street, Scranton, PA 18505
Arrangements have been entrusted to Sznyter Funeral Home, Scranton.

A very nice person to work with.He was a sore room manager for the maintenance dep. at N.S.H., to get anything done we had to go through John.
