once again I am faced with a loss that is indescribable.First my mother in 1993 and now my father.I feel so helpless due to the miles that separated me from my dad in his later years.Dad seemed unfazed by the distance, however the miles robbed both my daughters and I of a very special man and his gentle spirit.Thank God,Donna and her three children were able to fill that void in my father's heart. He loved them as much as if they were his own. That was one of the most admirable qualities in him.He loved children and truly enjoyed teaching them.Whenever I was able to go to the East coast he delighted in introducing me to former students and personal friends who all had the same sentiments in regards to him and that was that he made a difference in each of their lives. My daughters Heather & Holly only had such a brief time with my dad due to both their age and living in California, but recognize his beautiful spirit which will live on in our lives.

Mr. Bray was an awesome music teacher to me, my Brother Stan, and my sister LaVon from Eisenhower to Norristown High school. I was in his jazz Band and orchestras and he was instrumental in making music a career for me, which it is at present! He also graduated with my Mother Dolores from NAHS! RIP Mr. Bray! "Swing and Sway with Tommy Bray" is what we used to say in school!

My sincere sympathy to Tom's family, friends,Sue and fellow musicians. Tom taught our 2 children music in the NASD.
Tom was also a Colleague of my late husband, Dante, at the Norristown Musicians's Union. Their goal was to bring young musicians into the union.
I wonder if they will try to unionize their fellow musicians in heaven. RIP.

My deepest sympathy to Donna and the rest of your family. The Shaw family, Edna, Bud and Karen had a lot of great times with him and Rita at Timberlake and of course, I saw him at school every day. Rest easy, Tom. There will be many great times in heaven today!

Mr. Bray taught me to play the flute. I can still see his great big smile. Through the years, I would often run into him at Genuardi's and even though he long forgot my name, I always reminded him of who he was to me...My favorite band teacher:)

Mr. Bray was the greatest. I can still see him conducting the band and beaming with pride when we got it just right. He was truly a kind and patient man. Rest in peace Mr. Bray...you will always be in our hearts.
