William J. Griffin Jr. - “Bill” - passed away on Tuesday, January 4, 2022. He was 72. Charlie Hood introduced me to Bill many years ago. I enjoyed serving with Bill in the Triangle Club of Montgomery County. Bill was always generous with his time, knowledge and finances to help the high school students of Montgomery County. He will be missed.

The world is a little less shiny without his twinkling eyes and infectious smile. A kinder soul will be hard to find. A scotch sits in honor, Bill, you are greatly missed. Love to all the family - he loved you all so very much.

My deepest condolences to Eleanor, BJ, Marusia, Patrick and their families. I'll always remember how cool I thought I was when Bill took Eleanor and I to school when they were both teachers. Their song while I sat in the back seat and having to keep the secret of their engagement at school. Will cherish those memories always.
