Jack died unexpectedly at Kaiser Medical Center in Vallejo following a short illness.
He was born in North China and was raised in Taiwan. He was a member of the Chinese Consulate for 10 years. He and his wife came to the United States of America in 1980 and settled in Pinole. They owned and operated Mexican Inn, Circus Coffee Shop and Jade Garden over the span of 29 years.
He leaves behind his wife, Jeni; three brothers and three sisters.
There will be a memorial service at 11 a.m. Thursday,
April 2, at the Vallejo Bible Church, 448 Carolina St., Vallejo, (707) 644-2743.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Vallejo Bible Church.
