Fred H. Barlow, Jr., 61, of Fairfield, passed away on Thursday, Aug. 11, at North Bay Medical Center, Fairfield. He was born in Pleasanton.
Viewing will be 10 a.m., with the funeral service at 11 a.m., Saturday, August 20, at Liberty Christian Church, 2641 N. Texas St., Fairfield.
