Maureen and I have wonderful memories from working together at Vallejo Community Day Camp. She and I reconnected a year ago as part of my ongoing research to find former Day Campers for our yearly reunions, camps, and Facebook camper network. All the Day Campers send their love and condolences, and we want the family to know that the words from one of our camp songs are sung in honor of Maureen today " The joy I've had in knowing you will last my whole life through".
