WILKES-BARRE — Herbert W. Gant, 49, of Wilkes-Barre and formerly of Camden City, N.J., died on April 6, 2017, at Wilkes-Barre General Hospital, surrounded by family and friends. Funeral arrangements are pending from Yeosock Funeral Home, 40 S. Main St., Plains Township.
