Dear Bertram Family: I've had the pleasure of meeting Robert on one occasion for lunch at the American Legion with my father Moe Rodzinak a couple months back. His laughter and persona were contagious and he spoke as if he knew me all my life. I can see why he is so sadly missed. My condolences go to his extended family. So until you meet him again, God bless.

I would like to extend my deepest sympathies to the family. I was so sad to hear about Bob. As you remember, I spent practically my entire preteen years at your house with Tara and thought of Bob like a second father to me. He made my time spent with you fun and he always laughed at my jokes, even when they were awful. I loved his silly laugh and I recall him making the best pancakes I've ever had. I always admired him for being such a young, hard working father and for his truly loving relationship he had with Jean Marie and his children. You are in my thoughts and prayers.
Love,
Brittany Boote

Dear Lucille and Family, I am so very sorry to hear of Bobby's passing...it was so great to spend his 50th birthday party with such a gracious family. Bobby was always so good with checking on my mom(Vonnie Smith) and just being a happy, helpful friend. He always made me feel good with the supportive things he would say...you always knew the party was starting when Bobby was on the scene, even if it was just him stopping by on his motorcycle to say Hi. I will dearly miss him...Lovingly, Mary Lynn Ligush (Jude's sister from Maryland)

We just want to let you know how sorry we are for your loss. Uncle Bob was such a big part of this family and was always so very helpful. I will never forget the time I paid a visit to your home and Bob opened the door in his bright red pj's with a full grown beard. I said to him are you going for the santa look this year and he said "No. Why do you think I could pull it off?" We had a great laugh together and so many others. Bob and you all will be in our hearts, thoughts and prayers.

Dear Bertram Family: Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. I sit here 850 miles away, as I write this and I am having flashbacks of our childhoods together. Wow! did we have alot of fun. Bobby was a big part of that. I cannot imagine what you all are going through today. Please remember all the wonderful times you all had together. Bobby was a great friend and a wonderful person. He always had such a positive attitude. Would laugh at almost anything. He will be missed. I just saw him in August when I was in W-B. It was so nice to see him. I will never forget all the fun times we had together growing up. Bobby and the entire Bertram family have been a big part of my entire life. We love you all!

Dear Bertram Family,
Words cannot express how sorry I am about Bobby's passing. For as long as I can remember, your family has been my second family. With that said, I feel as if I too, lost a sibling. I appreciated the unique and special and humorous person that Bob was. As well as a wonderful husband and father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. Many times I would run into Bob somewhere, or at one of your family events, and he made me and my children feel like we belonged there. That type of warmth and openness came easily and will always be a part of my memories. God Bless all of you at this time. I'll be around now, tomorrow, and for many years ahead to share in your sorrow and help with anything at all that might be needed..May Bob rest in peace and certainly be up in Heaven with his Dad..I love you guys.

Dear Bertram Family: It was with much sadness I learned of Bobbie's untimely passing. He always had a smile and brought laughs to many. My last memory of Bobbie was when he came over to my parents home to offer his sympathy on the passing of my sister Debi. He came over after a long day of work, by himself, to wish us well. It will not be forgotten. Although I won't be able to attend his services, please know that I will keep him in my prayers. Sincerely, Bonnie Heck Reynolds.
