Robert Conahan Obituary

WILKES-BARRE — Robert F. Conahan, 69, formerly of Clearwater, Fla., and Wilkes-Barre, passed away Dec. 9, 2013, at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Plains Township.

He was a son of the late John and Belle Dugan Conahan.

Surviving are daughters, Anna Hesson and Dawn Reader; son, Robert J. Conahan; seven grandchildren; sisters, Pat Shumoski and Rosemary Lyons; brother, John Conahan; nieces and nephews.

Private services were held at the family's convenience.

To the Conahan family We loved Bob so very much. My name is Amanda Nelson and my Mother Shirley Saxton are truly grieving with you. We loved Bob like family and he will be missed so much! Sorry you couldn't have more time with you. He talked about you all the time. We are happy he got to be home with you where he wanted to be! Our condolences!
