AVOCA — William M. O'Boyle, 80, of Avoca, died March 14, 2018. Funeral services will be held from noon to 2 p.m. Saturday at Kiesinger Funeral Services Inc., 255 McAlpine St., Duryea.

Only thing I can say is that Billy (Beaver) O'Boyle was a gentleman and a great friend! If you ever needed information on guns/hunting, Billy could help you. We will miss him from the Avoca gang as also missed his brother John.( He was so funny.). We had good times with Lenord Arch and Joe Dills. Also, I can't forget Jackey Orlosky as one if the great gun guys in town. I miss that whole scene with my friends at Avoca High.....R.I.P. Billy and condolences to the O'Boyle family!
