DORRANCE — Yolanda Ebert, 65, of Dorrance, passed away Sunday evening, Dec. 11, 2016, at her residence.
Born Aug. 30, 1951, in Glen Lyon, she was the daughter of the late Clemeth and Emma (Gotcha) Zelinski.
Yolanda was educated in Nanticoke schools and was a graduate of Newport High School, class of 1969. She was employed at Keystone Job Corps Center, Drums, for 28 years as a head advisor. A member of St. Mary's Our Lady Help of Christians RC Church, Dorrance and a member of the ladies auxiliary Mountain Post No. 781 American Legion, Mountaintop, for 28 years.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her son, Ronald Ebert Jr.
Survivors are her loving husband of 41 years, Ronald, at home; a brother, Raymond Zelinski and wife, Sandy, of Florida; numerous nieces and nephews; and a personal friend, Carol Lenti-McAdoo.
Funeral services will be held at 5 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 18, 2016, with a viewing to follow until 8 p.m. at The Desiderio Funeral Home Inc., 436 S. Mountain Blvd., state Route 309, Mountaintop. The family requests those attending the funeral service on Sunday to assemble at the funeral home by 4:30 p.m.
