Teobaldo DeSantis Obituary
Hopewell Twp. - Teobaldo "Teo" DeSantis, 91, of Hopewell Twp. passed away after a brief illness on December 22, 2020. Born September 4, 1929 in Supino Italy to the late Agusto DeSantis and Rosina Paluzzi DeSantis.
He is preceded in death by a brother, Serafino DeSantis, three brothers-in-law and three sisters-in-law: Pietro and Piacentina Muscedere, Michele and Ginette Muscedere, Eugene and Armanda Magnone, and a niece, Linda (Leonard) Marzanno.
Teobaldo was a member of St. Titus Church, Holy Name Society and was a veteran of the U.S Army serving in the Korean War. He was the owner of Aliquippa School of Beauty Culture where he taught students about the art of cutting hair. Teobaldo took great pride in gardening and sharing his bounty with his family and friends. He loved golfing, hunting and spending time in Florida during the winter months. Mostly, he enjoyed and cherished the time playing UNO with his sons.
Teobaldo is survived by his loving wife of 68 years, Antoinette (Muscedere) DeSantis. Three devoted children, his sons: Aldo DeSantis and Dan DeSantis and his daughter, Rose Wilson. One granddaughter, Raquel (John) Oldaker. Two great-grandchildren: Miranda (Nate) Kruluts and Marcus Oldaker. A sister-in-law: Diva DeSantis and numerous nieces and nephews.
A private service and Mass of Christian burial was held at St. Titus Church. Teobaldo was laid to rest at Mt. Olivet Cemetery in their family Mausoleum. Arrangements were made with ANTHONY MASTROFRANCESCO FUNERAL HOME INC. 2026 McMinn Street Aliquippa PA 15001 724-375-0496.

Mr D it is because if your vision to open a school in Aliquippa Pennsylvania that I have had a successful career for over 40 years! It was a joy to be able to leave Hopewell high school and do career training. So many laughs over our years with you, you were loved and appreciated by the class of 1977!
