HERKIMER - Donna "Sami" Pulver, age 74, of Galinsky Apts., formerly of E. Herkimer and Folts Homes, passed away peacefully on Thursday evening, November 8, 2018 at the Siegenthaler Center, Town of Kirkland.
She was born on June 19, 1944, in Connecticut, daughter of the late Eldridge and Lillian (Hawkes) Pulver and raised in Dutchess County. Donna was a member of the First Presbyterian Church, Ilion.
Donna is survived by her nieces and nephews, Debbie Chappelle and husband, Doug, Stephen Fosciani and wife, Rachael, Jerry Gains, Mike, Sam and Butch Stevens; many great-nieces and nephews; along with her many, many friends in the Mohawk Valley and around the country. She was preceded in death by her parents; and two sisters, Shirley and Linda.
Mohawk Valley Funerals and Cremations, 7507 State Route 5 (corner of Bidelman Road), between Little Falls and St. Johnsville, 315-508-5131 has been entrusted with arrangements for cremation.
A Joyful Gathering to celebrate Donna's life will be on December 8, 2018, 1-3 p.m., at Galinsky Apartments, 105 Protection Ave, Herkimer.
