Barbara M. Sax

Sax, Barbara M. ALBANY Barbara M. Sax, 90 of Albany, passed away on October 3, 2018, with her daughter Ellen by her side. Barbara was married to Morris "Mushie" Sax until his passing. She is survived by her daughter and best friend, Ellen Sax; her son-in-law, Patrick Greene; her son, Robert (Nina) Sax; four grandchildren, Adam and Daniel Sax and Matthew and Kyle Greene, as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins. She will be remembered for her intelligence, passion for the arts, support of charitable causes, loyalty to her friends, and her generosity and compassion. The family wishes to express its deepest gratitude to those who provided compassionate care and comfort in the final years of her life especially Rita, Evie, Lynn, Veronica, Margot, Sonia and the dedicated team at Home Instead. Services will be at the Levine Memorial Chapel, 649 Washington Ave., Albany on Friday, October 5, at 1 p.m. Interment will follow in the Temple Israel Cemetery in Guilderland.
