Christopher Sarinelli Obituary
WATERVLIET - Christopher J. Sarinelli passed away unexpectedly, at the age of 31, on October 21, 2023. Chris was loved by many and will be greatly missed.
Christopher attended school at Watervliet and Shaker, at which time he enjoyed playing soccer and hockey. Chris continued on to be a motivated individual with incredible drive and work ethic. He worked at Stanley Steemer for an extended time before he moved on to partner with close friend Johnny Viola to start Tri City Paving.
Chris was an incredibly dedicated and devoted father and his focus was always on his immediate and extended family.
Chris was predeceased by his mother, Eileen Sager; and his grandmothers, Donna M. Sarinelli, and Diane Sager. He is survived by his father, Peter Sarinelli Jr.; his children, Christopher Jr., and Hailey; his brother, Jamie Sarinelli (Lauren); his grandparents, Peter Sarinelli, Rosemary Wolfgang, Robert Wolfgang; his uncles, Robert J. Wolfgang (Elizabeth), Brian Wolfgang (Christine), and Michael Hunt; aunts, Donna Michele Olthoff, Lisa Sarinelli, and Lana Deschaine; cousins, Cailey and Gavin Wolfgang, and Tyler Trombley; as well as his niece, Lena. He will also be grieved by Rebecca Moore, and Kristi Bell.
Calling hours will be held on Friday, October 27, from 4-6 p.m. at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie, NY 12205. A memorial service will be held on Saturday at 10 a.m. at The Cathedral of All Saints, 62 South Swan Street, Albany, NY, 12210.
