Cindy Cole Obituary
WATERFORD - Cindy A. Cole, 61, of Waterford, passed away peacefully on Friday, May 24, 2024, at Samaritan Hospital with her family by her side. Cindy was born on Feb. 26, 1963, in Troy and was the daughter of JoAnn Hug Cole of Averill Park and the late David Cole. She was a graduate of Averill Park High School and Hudson Valley Community College. She had worked for Blue Cross/Blue Shield in Colonie for a number of years.
Cindy loved dogs, especially her Ivy and Abbie. She enjoyed shopping, spending time with her family and really loved her ocean and "having Sun time". Annually, she along with her brother, John and sister-in-law, Regina would celebrate their shared birthdays. Cindy was a woman of a strong Christian Faith.
Cindy was the beloved wife of Antonio "Tony" Torres; devoted mother of Anthony J. Torres; and the dear sister of John W. Cole (Regina), Daniel F. Cole (Brenda) and Donna Cole Paul Esq. (Scott); aunt of John, Nicholas, Crystal, Racheal, the late Julie "Angelica" Lauren, Daniel, Jr., Josh, David, Stephanie and Kaylee.
Funeral service will be held on Thursday at 4:00 p.m. in the Gordon C. Emerick Funeral Home, 1550 Rt. 9 Clifton Park, N.Y. 12065. Calling hours will follow till 7:00 p.m. in the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to ASPCA /Mohawk Hudson Humane Society, 3 Oakland Ave., Menands, N.Y. 12204.
