A truly great loss for those that knew and loved him. He was quite the character - great sense of humor and his loyalty and friendship he offered and shared with many. A "WARRIOR" on the playing field - a great teammate.

I was Dave's hairstylist, he literally just came in for his haircut last week. I'm so shocked and sad to see this. He was always loyal and kind to me. He definitely loved his profession and spoke about it during every appointment. Very sorry to his family, friends and students who loved him.

I am sorry for your loss. Coach Trahan (Dave) was such a big supporter of my boys and their Lacrosse careers at SHS. When my son passed away, Coach Trahan was the first in line at his service. He always had a kind word and offered any help needed. I bet Wayne and Coach are working on their stick skills. He will be truly missed.
