Frank Simon

Simon, Frank DELRAY BEACH, Fla. Frank Simon, 84, formerly of the Capital District, died on Saturday, March 8, 2014 in Delray Beach. Born in Manhattan and raised in the Bronx, Frank lived in the Albany area for many years before he returned to New York City, and had spent the last few years in Florida. Frank was the manager of the former Korvettes store in the Northway Mall, was a regional manager for Caldor both locally and in Massachusetts, and was a salesman at Huck Finn. Frank was predeceased by his wife of 43 years, Harriet Simon. Beloved father of Craig and his wife Cathy of Succasunna, N.J., Keith and his wife Ellen of Colonie, and Kevin and his wife Anne Marie of Clifton Park. Grandfather of Kelly, Daniel, Erica, Madeline, Abigail and Benjamin Simon. He is the brother of Alvin and Leonard Simon of Florida and the late Jay Simon. Frank also leaves behind a dear friend, Arlene Danies. Services at the Levine Memorial Chapel, 649 Washington Avenue in Albany on Tuesday, March 11, 2014 at 11 a.m. Interment will follow in the Beth Emeth Cemetery, Loudonville.
