Gloria & I knew George for almost twenty years since he lived in South Salem .Good friend great and smart businessman. Bought a lot of gear from him and Gloria loved to talk with him for long periods of time at hamfests. Our sympathy and best wishes to his family and all his friends for a wonderful guy and respected ham. We will miss him a lot

On behalf of the Schenectady Museum Amateur Radio Association, I'd like to offer our condolences. George was a consistent supporter of our club and usually sponsored a raffle to raise funds at our annual all clubs picnic. This past picnic was no exception. George is visible in many places in the ham community through his antenna sales for Radio Oasis, his name is found at hamfest all over the place, and his antennas have been a favorite of many. George will surely be missed.
