Grandpa,

All I can say is I love you and miss you so much-- I will do all I can for Grandma--

When your heart is hurting & you're feeling much pain,

There's not much that anyone can do for you or say.

Our thoughts in our minds just linger one by one

Leaving us waiting for the next morning sun.

We shall approach each new day as a pure blessing

For the Lord only wants us to rejoice & sing.

Our pain and agony will soon settle down,

Escaping us from awakening each day with a frown.

We all need to appreciate the time with Grant we spent.

His spirit is still with us even though he is not present

If we work together as a family & keep up a strong fight,

You will feel & see Grant's presence each morning, noon & night.

So lets not dwell & continue to feel the numbness,

Because we know in our hearts that Grandpa is among us.

As we spend a few days feeling the sorrow,

Dad's wishes for our happiness will be with us tomorrow.

We shall not forget him ever.

His spirit & memories will live on forever.

With much love Grandpa Schell,

Shelby Allysse Murphy
