Jeremy R. Kenyon

Kenyon, Jeremy R. AVERILL PARK Jeremy R. Kenyon, 28 of Grand Way, passed from this life on Wednesday, December 15, 2021, at the home of his grandmother after a heartbreaking struggle with a drug addiction. Born in Albany, Jeremy was the son of Carl Kenyon of Wynantskill and the late Vickilee Kenyon. Jeremy was a lifelong resident of Averill Park and graduate of Averill Park High School. He had worked for Hannaford in West Sand Lake where he had been a night supervisor. Jeremy had an adventurous spirit and enjoyed traveling on his motorcycle, attending a variety of concerts, cooking, skateboarding, and all things outdoors. Jeremy left this life too soon, and the hearts of his family and friends longing for more time with him. Survivors in addition to his father include his grandmother Nancy (late William) Schrump of Averill Park; his brother Joshua C. (Sara) Kenyon of Charlotte, N.C.; his sister Jessica L. (Thomas Ochs) Kenyon of Halfmoon, and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Relatives and friends are invited and may call 4-6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, December 21, at the Perry-Komdat Funeral Chapel, 2691 NY 43 at Glass Lake, Averill Park followed by a service at 6:30 p.m. Jeremy will be interred with his mother in the Brookside Cemetery in Poestenkill in the future.
