John Lipscomb Obituary

Lipscomb, John Henry ALBANY John Henry Lipscomb, 82, passed away peacefully on December 26, 2020, in Schenectady. The son of the late Eric Lipscomb and Vinel Motley Lipscomb; and the husband of the late Doreen Kathrine Morgan, John was born on August 28, 1938, in Coeymans. John is survived by his daughter, Tracey Cobbs; his sons, John B. Lipscomb and Eric Lipscomb; his grandchildren, Deanna Lipscomb, La'Shaunna Lipscomb and Nathaniel Cobbs; his sisters, Sally Kirkley, Pearl Croxton, Janet McGrew, and Carol Chamberlain; his brothers, Eugene and James; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. The family thanks everyone for their condolences. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, funeral services will be private with interment in the Graceland Cemetery in Delmar in the spring.
