Joseph S. Krzanik

Krzanik, Joseph S. NEW BALTIMORE Joseph S. Krzanik, 80, passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, July 29, 2018. He was born in Albany, son of the late Sophia Krzanik and Gary Quackenbush. Joe was a veteran of the U.S. Navy, serving on the USS Forrestal during the Korean War. He worked at Millbrook Bakery for 19 years and Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk School District for 15 years before retiring. Joe loved to travel and loved spending time with his family and he loved his buddy Chico. Joseph was predeceased by his loving wife of 50 years, Diana Krzanik. Survivors include his daughters, Yvonne Giaquinto (Pat) and Lisa Krzanik; his one and only loving grandson, Brandon Giaquinto; sisters, Gail Branch (Stephen) and Theresa Alibozek (the late Joe). A memorial service will be held 12 p.m. on Friday, August 3, at the Babcock Funeral Home, Ravena. Interment will follow in Grove Cemetery, Coeymans.
